How safe is it to make a purchase using my credit card?
We use SSL encryption (the Internet standard for secure transactions) to protect your information. Shopping online with a credit card at Gioia is safer than using a credit card offline because we do not retain your credit card information.
Gioia offers the highest standards of security currently available online to ensure that your shopping experience is private, safe and secure. You do not need to worry about your credit card information because your bank will authorize the credit card transaction directly without passing any information through us.
How does Gioia protect my privacy?
We are committed to protecting the privacy of all our customers. Gioia will not give out your telephone number, e-mail address or any other personal information, except where needed to deliver a product or service your order. Any information we collect is to ensure that we are able to fulfill your requirements and deliver a personalized and hassle free shopping experience.
However, we must cooperate fully, should a situation arise, where we are required by law or statutory obligation or legal process to provide information about a customer. If you have purchased from our store or subscribed to our newsletters, we will update you via e-mail of new product arrivals, features or special offers.
How will my order be delivered?
Gioia uses a designated company driver for all orders delivery. All orders must be signed for upon delivery, and if no one is home, a delivery note will be left. For more information on delivery and delivery timings please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
How do I return an item?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason you have 3 days from the date of receipt to call us to exchange it. You can either send it back with our driver for a 3 JOD delivery fee or call our customer service on 077 915 7224.
Returns and exchanges
Gioia prides itself on offering authentic one of a kind pieces, however some products have imperfections as they are handmade by different men and women living in under privileged communities . If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase simply call us to return the unused item in its original packaging in the same condition within 3 days.
Gioia will not accept return items with any signs of wear.
Orders will be received within 1-3 working days from the order date. Once payment is authorized and verified, the item(s) will be sent out.

Do I need to create an account to place an order?
Customers can use the Guest Checkout option. However, by creating an account, customers will be able to track orders and manage returns – so we recommend creating an account!

How can I track my order?
Your order will be dispatched as soon as your payment has been authorized, and we’ll email you with a tracking number so that you can monitor it’s every move until it reaches your door.
